Warehouse Billing Coordinator

Oversee preparation of statements and bills
Maintain client records related to invoicing and bill payments

Project Coordinator

Ensure the schedule, budget and details of a project are organized
Communicate with team members and various departments about project changes
Organize reporting, plan meetings and provide updates to project managers

Executive Assistant

Help with scheduling, reviewing, prioritizing and responding to emails
Answer and return phone calls
Organize documents and maintain records
Take notes at meetings and other administrative tasks

Inventory Control

Monitor and maintain current inventory levels
Process purchasing orders as required
Track orders and investigate problems
Record purchases, maintain the database and perform physical count of inventory
Reconcile actual stock count to computer generated reports

Receiver

Handle the receiving of items in the warehouse
Ensure shipments are inspected, sorted and stored properly

Transportation Operations

Manage and optimize LTL shipments for timely deliveries.
Work closely with drivers, dispatchers, and professionals to streamline operations.
Employ Redhawk TMS® to track real-time shipments and make data-driven decisions.

Logistics Coordinator

Oversee all aspects of supply chain management
Ensure the flow of raw materials and final products from suppliers to retailers and customers
Manage orders and coordinate stock of materials and equipment

Product Specialist

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer product inquiries through the Help Desk
Provide expert guidance, training, and troubleshooting to ensure customers get the most out of our products
Build strong relationships by delivering timely, accurate, and clear communication with clients
Gather and relay customer feedback to improve product features, usability, and overall experience
